As Founder and CEO of Secure Advice Solutions Lyndsay has a proven record as a primary subject matter expert on personal safety and security, with over 18 years’ experience in the security sphere.

Lyndsay spent fifteen years working in the Metropolitan Police Service within the Royalty and Specialist Protection Command as the national lead on Ministerial security, identifying key trends and patterns and developing tailored security protection packages to mitigate risk and harm for members of His Majesty’s Government (HMG), visiting dignitaries and high net worth individuals (HNW).

Lyndsay was appointed the designated protection security lead for the opposition party during both the 2015 and 2017 General election Campaigns. Lyndsay became the first ever female Personal Security Adviser, within UK Parliament appointed by Maria Miller MP, the former Minister for Female and Equalities following the murder of Jo Cox, MP.

Lyndsay provided bespoke support and advice based on the experiences and needs of women subjected to gender specific threats and abuse. Lyndsay was an advocate for female personal security across both Houses, running successful female targeted campaigns empowering and supporting women to report threats and abuse. Lyndsay has extensive experience of being at the forefront of protective and personal security for Ministers of HMG and other high profile public figures deemed to be at risk.

Lyndsay has received extensive training from the Suzy Lamplugh Trust on personal safety and security, stalking and harassment and lone working, allowing her to lead and deliver high level personal safety training and advice. Lyndsay continues to be a strong advocate for personal safety and security continuing to work with the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) at specific women only structured security briefings around Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG), harassment and stalking, online safety, community policing and stop and search.
